His work has consistently delivered increased growth, productivity, and profitability for clients across Healthcare, Technology, Industrial Manufacturing, and Government sectors. His track record includes creating over $500M in portfolio company value and achieving multiple successful exits.
Through strategic offices in Toronto, New York, Dubai, and Singapore, Ninth Square Capital provides comprehensive global market coverage and cross-border transaction capabilities across North American, MENA, and Asia-Pacific regions.
He has successfully guided multiple companies through public market transactions and governance on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) and TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V), including cross-listing strategies on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. His public markets expertise encompasses IPO readiness, regulatory compliance, board governance, and international listing strategies.
As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) licensed in British Columbia and Ontario, Emmanuel brings a rare combination of financial expertise and technical depth, holding a master's degree in Computer Engineering. His career began at Intel in Phoenix, Arizona and evolved into San Francisco's startup ecosystem, where he cultivated a strong foundation in innovation and entrepreneurship.
